Easter intake, just for shits and giggles

breakfast - two pillsbury cinnamon rolls

lunch - apple

dinner - chicken, two bowls of fruit salad, lil bit of mashed potato, crescent roll, green bean casserole

after dinner - two mini rice krispies treats, lotsssss of jellybeans omg

total: who knows, who cares

i was just gonna eat one jellybean, so i did..and then i couldn’t stop. like seriously. i ate every single jellybean i could find in my basket. omg. i felt so gross.

i think i restricted too much during the day, and so even after dinner my body said ‘neeeed moreeee foooood’

i guess i’m in the ‘binge’ stage of recovery.

every little sugary, calorie-filled thing i ate today was so delicious. no shame.
